Mount on macOS Using SMB
Determine Your macOS Mount Path
- Navigate to the Research Storage Manager page
You should see a Storage Access section beneath each share you have access to.
Copy the path by clicking the copy icon:
Use Finder to Mount
- Open Finder
- Click the Go menu
- Select Connect to Server…
- Enter the mount path you copied in the steps above into the Server Address box:
- Click Connect
Enter Your Unity Credentials if Prompted
You may prompted for your name and password:
- Select the Registered User option
- Enter your Unity ID and password:
- Click Connect
Finder should open to the OIT Research Storage share. The mounted storage can also be found in the left part of the Finder window under SHARED.
